Rolls-Royce Trent 7000

First run in 2015, the Rolls-Royce Trent 7000 is a turbofan from Rolls-Royce built for jet propulsion for airliners and business jets, producing 72,000 lbf of thrust. It is a current-generation design.

The Rolls-Royce Trent 7000 is the exclusive engine for the Airbus A330neo, sharing approximately 85% parts commonality with the Trent XWB-84. It features a 112-inch diameter composite fan, advanced compressor aerodynamics, and FADEC, delivering approximately 10% better fuel efficiency than the Trent 700 it succeeds. The engine entered commercial service in November 2018.
