Fixed-Base Operator (FBO)

A Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) is a business at an airport authorised to provide services to general and business aviation — fuel, hangarage, ramp parking, ground handling, crew and passenger lounges, and often maintenance. For private flyers the FBO is effectively the terminal: you arrive planeside, not through the airline concourse.
