How to choose between them

At the top of the market, every aircraft here crosses oceans — so the ranking by range, while honest, is not the decision. What separates heavy jets in practice is cabin zoning (distinct working, dining and resting areas, and on the largest, a private stateroom), cabin altitude and quietness over twelve-plus hours, and the support network behind the airframe in the regions you actually operate.

Buyers at this level should also weigh completion and configuration lead times, crew availability for the type, and residual-value behaviour — the majors with deep installed bases and active pre-owned markets are simply easier to exit. The spec table starts the conversation; the ownership infrastructure around the aircraft usually finishes it.
