A321neo

The Airbus A321neo is the longest-fuselage member of the A320neo family, carrying up to 244 passengers and offering the A321XLR variant capable of 4,700 nautical miles — enabling thin transatlantic routes. It entered service with Virgin America in May 2017 and benefits from the same CFM LEAP-1A or PW1100G-JM engines as the rest of the family. Its capacity and extended range variants (A321LR, A321XLR) make it a versatile replacement for aging 757s.
