About the H135
The Airbus H135 — originally the EC135 — is one of the most successful light twin-engine helicopters ever built, and the reference aircraft for emergency medical services and law-enforcement flying. Its shrouded fenestron tail rotor makes it notably quiet and safer around ground crews, while its compact footprint and clamshell rear doors suit hospital helipads and rapid patient loading.
Powered by two engines and available with the advanced Helionix avionics suite, it seats up to seven and offers a flat-floor cabin easily reconfigured between EMS, police, corporate and training roles. Twin-engine redundancy makes it suitable for operations over cities and at night that a single cannot safely perform.
