TBM 940
The Daher TBM 940 introduced the world's first automatic engine-protection system (EAPS) for a single-engine aircraft, automatically preventing hazardous atmospheric icing conditions that could harm the engine. Powered by the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-66D at 850 shp and featuring the Garmin G3000 avionics suite, the TBM 940 delivers 330 knots cruise speed in a pressurized cabin. It also debuted Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B Out) compliance and enhanced satellite connectivity.
