The Cirrus SR22T is the turbocharged variant of the SR22, powered by a Continental TSIO-550-K producing 315 hp with a turbocharger that maintains sea-level power to higher altitudes. It offers a significantly higher service ceiling of 25,000 ft and a cruise speed of up to 214 knots at altitude, making it suitable for flying over weather. Like all SR-series aircraft, it includes the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS) and the full Cirrus Perspective+ avionics suite.

About the SR22T
The Cirrus SR22T is the turbocharged flagship of the SR22 family, the best-selling piston aircraft in the world for two decades and the aircraft that effectively defined the modern owner-pilot category. It combines near-turbine cruise performance with a level of automation, comfort and safety engineering that reshaped expectations for high-performance singles.
Its turbo-normalised Continental engine delivers a cruise around 213 knots while staying high enough to clear weather and use favourable winds, and the Cirrus Perspective+ flight deck by Garmin brings large-format displays, envelope protection and jet-like automation. The defining feature is the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS) — a whole-aircraft parachute credited with saving well over 200 lives — which fundamentally changes how owner-pilots and their families think about risk in a single-engine aircraft.
