The Kodiak 900 is the next-generation evolution of the Kodiak utility turboprop, featuring the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-140A engine producing 900 shp for significantly improved performance over the Kodiak 100. Announced by Daher in 2022 and entering service in 2023, it introduces a redesigned pressurized cabin with increased headroom, a new G1000 NXi avionics suite, and upgraded aerodynamics. The Kodiak 900 retains the exceptional short-field and off-airport capability that made the original famous while delivering greater speed and range.
