The Airbus A220-300 (formerly Bombardier CSeries CS300) is the stretched variant of the A220 family, seating up to 160 passengers with the same advanced composite airframe and PW1500G engine family. It entered commercial service with airBaltic in December 2016 and offers a range of up to 3,400 nautical miles, making it a highly competitive option in the 120–160 seat segment. The A220-300 replaces older narrowbodies while offering mainline widebody comfort standards.
